1. Micro credit Program funded by PMIC in District Shaheed Benazirabad.
    1. Women empowerment and skill development. To empower the poorest through impowering the economics status by enhancing productive capacities and enabling accessibility to market To improve rural economy by providing micro loans for agriculture, livestock and small enterprises.
  2. Open Defecation Free ODF/Wash Project
    1. Shah Sachal Sami Foundation has been entered in partnership with Govt of Sindh in Oct -2021 under “Hiring services of Shah Sachal Sami foundation (SSSF) for achieving open defecation free villages in Shaheed Benazir Abad” The prime objective of the project interventions encourages the community to take responsibility and to take its own action. In its fullest sense, total sanitation includes a range of behaviors such as stopping all open defecation, ensuring that everyone uses a hygienic toilet; washing hands with soap before preparing food and eating, after using the toilet, and after contact with babies’ feces, or birds and animals, handling food and water in a hygienic manner, and safe disposal of animal and domestic waste to create a clean and safe environment CLTS concentrates on ending open defecation (OD) as a first significant step and entry point to changing behavior. It starts by enabling people to do their own sanitation profile through appraisal, observation and analysis of their practices of OD and the effects these have. This kindles feelings of shame and disgust, and often a desire to stop OD and clean up their neighborhood. The project is implemented in all four Talukas of District Shaheed Benazir Abad namely Nawabshah, Dour, Sakrand and KaziAhmed respectively.
  3. FoundationAssisted School:
    1. Shah Shah Sami foundation is running education program with the collaborations of Sindh Education Foundation in rural areas of District Shaheed Benazirabad to ensure quality education and enhance enrollment of rural areas, 710 students are enrolled in these schools, Books, fees and school uniform provided to the students, main objective of the project is to Provide Quality Education to rural community in order to increase literacy rate. Villages committees were formed for enrollment and retention of children.
  4. Renewable Energy Initiative through Microfinance (PRIME):
    1. SSDF engaged in this agreement with PMIC to reduce household expenditures and Improve the productivity, in this regard SSSF will lend the solar systems to the beneficiaries rather than the monetary and get amount back in the easy installment with lowest interest rate SSSF will provide certified solar home appliances to our beneficiaries.
  5. Implementation of the Kitchen Garden activity (SIAPEP)
    1. SSSF signed the contract withAgriculture Department Government of Sindh The project intends to provide kitchen gardening materials to poor and vulnerable familles preferably women headed households WHH, the woman who is responsible for providing the family’s main livelihood as there is no working man in the house hold. The SSSF will be responsible to identify, distribute and provide assistance in installation of KG material to the baneberries. The SSSF will provide 200 KG kits in Shaheed BenazirAbad.
  6. RescueActivities to the FloodAffected:
    1. Shah Sachal Sami Foundation distributed the Food Bags and hygienic items to the flood affected peoples at distt Shaheed Benazir abad with the support of Shirkat Gah and by itself. Shah Sachai Sami foundation has distributed more than 1000 rashan bags, medicines and hygienic item to affected peoples.
  7. Naya Qadam & Hum Qadam:
    1. SSSF signed an agreement for short term assignments with Shirkat Gas such as TOT on theatre with champion and to arrange different awareness sessions to women regarding Gender equality, Anti-harassment, Gender Based Violence at District Shaheed Benazir Abad.
  8. Food Facility Project (FFP):
    • Dadu and Nawabshah District two years EU Funded project implemented in partnership with Action Aid Pakistan. The objective of the project was “To enhancing productive capacities and promoting sustainable agricultural practices amongst small scale farmers in 8 food deficient districts of Pakistan (E-U and Action aid-Pakistan 2010-2011; Rs. 27.1 Million) the primary purpose was to Improve food security status of 2 food deficient districts in Sindh (Dadu & Nawabshah), promote sustainable and bio-diverse agricultural practices amongst small scale farmers Two farmers’ cooperatives were formed and the project directly benefited 2000 households. 10 farmer field schools established and 50 farmer master trainers also trained to further build the capacity of small scale farmers in their targeted areas The project also provided agriculture machinery (4 tractors 2 wheat threshers, 4 trolley and other implements) to farmers’ cooperatives and two food and seed banks were constructed where farmers can store/preserve food & seed Extensive social mobilization was involved during the project and the project made sure 30% involvement of women community members Shah Sachal Sam Foundation Sindh.
  9. Rescuing Flood affected children by boost up of food crops cultivating in flood affected areas of District Dadu:
    • UN-OCHA funded Project Implemented by the the SSSF in district Dadu with the budget of USD-14.3 Millions. Child friendly learning spaces established, agriculture kits provided to farmers, capacity building trainings organized for female for caring children during flood and rain.
  10. Rehabilitation of Agricultural Based Livelihoods in Mirpur Khas is six months project supported by Welthungerhilfe-(WHH):
    1. The total budget of the project is 50000 Euros and started from 15th October 2010. The overall purpose of the project is to reduce poverty among the women in Union Council Mir Imam Bux Talpur District Mirpurkhas and to improve their living condition. The project mobilized women community to form women’s organization and build their capacity in organizational development and management. Through this intervention 500 marginalized women having enhanced livelihoods through the provision of poultry, Establishment of Kitchen gardens for 250 household and targeted Women skills improved in term of poultry management and Kitchen Gardening.
  11. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Recourse Rescreach and Development Board BBSHRRDB Shah Sachal Sami Foundation has Run the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research and Development  Board BBSHRRDB Free Courses Program Under the Sindh governments, Shah Sachal Sami has invited applications for admission in different free vocational courses under Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research and Development  Board BBSHRRDB was launched to train the unemployed youth in different trades. Shah Sachal Sami was complete the two phases of BBSHRDB  in which the deferments students was take and learn the courses from Shah sachal sami from phase one the (70 student) learn the free courses, phase two (110 students )learn the deferent’s courses Students will be given Rs.2500 monthly stipend. From 2016 till now about 180 students have been given free vocational training under the Shah Sachal Sami Foundation by the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research and Development  Board BBSHRRDB 10 free vocational

courses are being offered in 89 trades.
